Non-profit Society of the Franciscan Sisters of Olpe
Our shareholders are the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration e. V. Olpe (20 per cent) and the Maria Theresia Bonzel Foundation(80 per cent). The Provincial Superior of the Franciscan Sisters is Sister Scholastika Kaiser and the Chairman of the Maria Theresia Bonzel Foundation is Andreas Zingsheim. The Superior General of the Franciscan Sisters worldwide is Sister Magdalena Krol.
The GFO stands for diversity. We are open to people of different religions, backgrounds, and world views, and we are united by Franciscan values: concern for others and sustainability.
With more than 100 facilities and 15,000 employees, we are a strong non-profit and regional association in North Rhine-Westphalia and northern Rhineland-Palatinate. These include hospitals, MVZs, care facilities, hospices and palliative care, kindergartens, educational aids, high schools and secondary schools, as well as schools for health care professions, etc.
One of our strengths is our close-knit network - both internal and external. The fact that the individual facilities belong to a large network enables us to provide comprehensive care for people in all situations of life. We provide help and support beyond the boundaries of the individual GFO locations.
Security in a large network, high-profile facilities under a common roof and collegial cohesion also distinguish the GFO network as a reliable and attractive employer.
