Housing & Care

Dear visitors and guests of our facility. We are pleased about your visit. For this purpose, new corona regulations have been in force since March 1, 2023, to make your stay at our facility easier.

This is because the federal states of North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate have allowed the corona regulations to expire on March 01, 2023. This means that only the federal regulations from the Infection Protection Act now apply.

Even though previous restrictions no longer apply, we still ask you to observe the general hygiene rules - for the protection of our residents, patients and employees. And, of course, for your own protection.

We ask you:

  • Refrain from visiting if you have any cold symptoms; it could be covid-19, influenza, RSV or even another infection. In these cases, you should also not accompany patients to the facility. However, if this cannot be avoided, wear an FFP2 mask if possible and do not remove it during your entire stay at our facility.
  • Our hygiene experts strongly recommend that you continue to wear a mask, as it provides good protection not only against corona, but also against influenza, RSV and other respiratory diseases.

We continue to ask you for the sake of the people in our facility who need protection:

  • Avoid visiting and/or accompanying anyone to the facility even if you have acute emetic diarrhea.
  • Disinfect your hands regularly, especially when entering the facility and in the patients' or residents' rooms.
  • When coughing or sneezing, keep at least one meter away from other persons and turn away. When coughing or sneezing, do not spray saliva or nasal secretions into the environment. Never sneeze into your hand, but into the crook of your elbow or onto your upper arm. It is best to sneeze or cough into a disposable handkerchief. Use this only once and then dispose of it in a trash can with a lid. Please do not use (reusable) cloth handkerchiefs. And always remember to thoroughly disinfect your hands after blowing your nose, sneezing or coughing. Do not be afraid to point this out to others in a friendly manner.
