Dear visitors and guests of our facility. We are pleased about your visit. The federal states of North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate have allowed the Corona Ordinances to expire on March 01, 2023. As a result, only the federal regulations from the Infection Protection Act now apply.

Important: In our company, the wearing of a mouth-nose protection (FFP2 mask) is still required.

Even if previous restrictions (such as the obligation to test) no longer apply, we still ask you (in addition to wearing an FFP2 mask) to continue to observe the general hygiene rules - for the protection of our residents, patients and employees. And, of course, for your own protection as well.

We ask you:

  • Wear the mouth-nose protection (FFP2 mask) during your entire stay in our facility.
  • If possible, refrain from visiting if you have any cold symptoms; it could be covid-19, influenza, RSV, or even another infection. In these cases, you should also not accompany patients to the facility.

We further ask that you also do the following in the interest of protecting the people in our facility:

  • Avoid visiting and/or accompanying people to the facility even during acute emetic diarrhea.
  • Disinfect your hands regularly, especially when entering the facility and in the patients' or residents' rooms.

When coughing or sneezing, keep at least one meter away from other persons and turn away. When coughing or sneezing, do not spray saliva or nasal secretions into the environment. Never sneeze into your hand, but into the crook of your elbow or onto your upper arm. It is best to sneeze or cough into a disposable handkerchief. Use this only once and then dispose of it in a trash can with a lid. Please do not use (reusable) cloth handkerchiefs. And always remember to thoroughly disinfect your hands after blowing your nose, sneezing or coughing. Do not be afraid to point this out in a friendly manner to others as well
